Are there any setup fees to join?
We do not charge any setup fees. It costs 0 to join.

Are there any other fees including Risk Management fees?
There are no hidden fees. The only thing we require is that you pay for the Error & Omission insurance to cover any future claims or litigation as well as the transaction coordinator.

How do I start?
Simply fill out an application form and we will study and approve your application in 2-3 days.

What do I need to join Blue Horizon Group?
A valid California Real Estate license.

When can I start?
Once you initiate change of employment with California Bureau of Real Estate.

Am I required to meet a certain quota?
No. There is none.

How do I get paid?
You will get paid directly through escrow to ensure your security and peace of mind.

Do I have the freedom to set my commission from transactions?
Absolutely.

Can I provide a rebate to my client?
Yes if you choose so.

What kind of support do you provide?
We provide logistical, IT and graphic support to our agents including:
